UAB HyperOps implements the project “Automatic IT support Assistant”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, provided in 2014–2020 of the Operational Programme for the European Union Funds Investments Priority 1 “Promotion of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation” implementing measure No. J05-LVPA-K “Intelligence. Joint science-business projects”.
The aim of the project is to create an automatic IT support assistant.
The designed system will test the latest algorithms in the field of artificial intelligence in order to get closer to a functional automated system that is able to generate a response to a user request. This system, using automatic semantic processing and learning artificial intelligence algorithms, will interpret the received question, find the answer in the available knowledge bank, and automatically generate a personal answer to the received query. The system will either send the response to the user or, if the presumed reliability rating is too low, assign the task to a specialist who will check the generated response before sending it to the user.
The developed system will allow to automate service desk functions and thus significantly increase the work efficiency of system administrators and end-users servicing the system. Due to the quick preparation of responses, such a solution will increase the quality of services provided to consumers, as they will not have to wait long for a response.
The total value of the project – 735 695,61 Eur, the amount of support allocated to the project – 331 063,04 Eur.
